Sager-Stoneyard Holiday Beer & Food Pairing Dinner

Chef Steve Lara from Angelina’s brings his culinary talents to Sager-Stoneyard & DoughBoyz Roc for another epic beer and food pairing dinner.

Beginings – DoughBoyz Sourdough pretzel w/ carmelized mustard seeds and beer tallow parm. Paired with Sager Old School IPA.

Second – Yeasted carrots, honey comb, parsnip hay cream, puffed quinoa, orange blossum. Paired with Sager Fit It Niko Helles Lager.

Third – Neopolitan Pizza, calabrian tomatoes, smoked mozzarella, fonduta, coppa picante, basil frito. Paired with Stoneyard Impulsive IPA.

Fourth – Angolotti, short rib, foie gras, black truffle gouda, burnt pizza pangratatto. Paired with Sager Festbier.

Finish – DoughBoyz Doughnuts , whipped maple marscapone, burnt raisin caramel, beer foam. Paired with Stoneyard Din’s Drunkin Punkin Ale.
