These are So Cal Style Tacos!! Corn tortillas filled with your choice of grilled  shrimp , black bean/sweet potato, or pork carnitas, all topped off with Cotija cheese, mixed seasoned cabbage, and pico de gallo.

The Two Paisan's Grilled Flatbread Pizzas

We start with the best flatbread around and then smother it in house-made sauce, mozzarella and locally sourced meats or veggies. Choose The Don with meat or Uncle Paulie’s Veggie version. See the specials board at the bar!

Colonel Leghorn's Char-Grilled Wings

Try our oven-baked, then char-grilled Jumbo Wings. Topped with not-your-typical wing sauce such as honey wasabi or maple siracha. It varies weekly but always tasty.

You’ll need two hands for this one. Wrapped inside our burrito bread is your choice of pork carnitas, shrimp or black bean/sweet potato, rice, beans, melted cojita cheese, and salsa.
