Chef Steve Lara from Angelina's brings his culinary talents to Sager-Stoneyard & DoughBoyz Roc for another epic beer and food pairing dinner. Beginings - DoughBoyz Sourdough pretzel w/ carmelized mustard seeds and beer tallow parm. Paired with Sager Old School IPA. Second - Yeasted carrots, honey comb, parsnip hay cream, puffed quinoa, orange blossum. Paired with Sager Fit It Niko Helles Lager. Third - Neopolitan Pizza, calabrian tomatoes, smoked mozzarella, fonduta, coppa picante, basil frito. Paired with Stoneyard Impulsive IPA. Fourth - Angolotti, short rib, foie gras, black truffle gouda, burnt pizza pangratatto. Paired with Sager Festbier. Finish - DoughBoyz Doughnuts , whipped maple marscapone, burnt raisin caramel, beer foam. Paired with Stoneyard Din's Drunkin Punkin Ale.   Ticket price includes tax & tip.
